Born in the city of Huanuco located at north east of Lima, Peru. Chef Rama have more than 15 years of experience in making delicious healthy Vegetarian Peruvian dishes and leading restaurants. His first kitchen was the Hare Krishna temple in Lima, Peru where he spend more than 7 years cooking and devoted to Krishna teachings; there he became expert in making food at reduced cost without compromising on quality and taste. Have got training from chefs of various vegetarian restaurant around South America and Central America, expertise in quality procedures and regulations to be followed while making food. Also specialized in preparing menu for the day, with good combination to attract customers. Can handle high pressure environments and make dishes of good taste and health for large volumes in stipulated time efficiently. Also efficiently managing a team of chefs and cooks and conducted training for them to handle tasks efficiently and make good delicious dishes.
Currently lives in Peru researching and developing new products from the regions of the mountains and the jungle such as the Peruvian agave and coffee derivatives
